Cape Town Gay Pride is governed by a Board of Directors appointed from and by the Gay and Lesbian community, see below:
As is the practice in 2006, it may on occasion employ a Festival Director charged with the daily running of the company within the principles of its constitution. Further working committees are elected to help the Board. |

Cape Town Pride is a Section 21 Non-Profit Organisation that is comitted towards being inclusive and encompassing. The annual Cape Town Pride Festival is a celebration of our wonderful diversity, and also creates awareness around issues impacting on the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex communities locally and throughout Africa.
All proceeds raised by Cape Town Pride are donated to the Pride Shelter Trust.
